This is the first time I have ever Heard ''SPEED GARAGE'' on Ng. I actually like speed garage and the Todd Terry tune is a classic! It's not just chavs/kevs who listen to it!
It's 2-step garage that normally gets all the chavs going.
I like that tune too, have it on 12 etc. I picked such an awful one for the last game that some people didn't even want to play it, so I thought I'd go for something a bit more accessible.. I still think it goes well with the game though.

1.Headlamps-should be headlights
2.Floor lights-should be neons
but overall-cool

Nice work, only you seem to have forgotten that most of the people on this site are American and they don't have chavs there (though they do have "gangstas" which are worse). Americans aren't going to get it and will probably think your a street racer or something.
You ought to put a note at the begining explaining what a chav is, or if not, a link to chavscum.co.uk. (If you don't put a note in the game you should at least put something in the author's comments)

I made a HUGE car, made entirely out of burbury(sp?). Maybe you could've added a chavette? Just driving to a neaby parking lot. Maybe the car could be converted into a venus? Maybe you could put a few backgrounds on it? Hey, if you make another one, go crazy with it. I leave you with one word to work with: Bowlplex.
