Reviews for "Broken Saints CH 21 ACT 2"

awesome

another great one !!!

bravo !

Wheeee!!!

I think that you will find that this series does, indeed, make sense - if you watch it from the beginning. I realize that most of the people that are leaving comments along the lines of "Laaa-me. J00 5ux0r5, lol omgwtfbbq" aren't going to read this, nor be willing to make that kind of investment. I'm also getting tired of repeating myself and others, but the questions keep being asked, so here goes:

The series was finished a year ago. It took three years to make. The three people responsible for it nearly went bankrupt doing it, but persevered in the name of telling a good, free story. There are voices on the DVD, which was just released and should be distributed soon.

Further, the dialogue boxes appear differently because they originate with different characters, and people speak differently. The monk speaks much more slowly than the hacker. As these are characters - real characters - they also speak differently and have different perspectives on how the world works.

As such, when Kami says "It grows," he is referring to the sadness within Shan, who is tapping into something quite like the universal unconsciousness as theorized by Jung. Being a sensitive sort, he can sense what she is feeling, and what she is planning to do, and the sorrow she feels at the need of it.

The two soldiers - who are in all things parodies of the American Military Machine - speak differently then the four main characters, because they have had different experiences and desire different things then the others. Sadly, if you have not seen the rest of the series, then this chapter will make little sense. I heartily recommend looking at the rest of the series, either on this site or on the Broken Saints web site, for which a link has been kindly provided.

As far as violence goes, you people have seen nothing yet (unless you've seen the series, in which case you know to what I am referring). The violence in this is disturbing though, because it happens to characters that we care about and have come to know over the course of the story.

In short, if you're looking for something with depth, feeling, genuine emotion, and a lot of thought provoking material that is stupidly deep and intelluctually dense, you will very much enjoy this series. If you're looking at this site with one hand and just looking to blow your load in a quick and dirty fashion, however, you'd be better served looking elsewhere on this site. Stop wasting both your time (by exposing your ignorance and general lack) and the time of those of us that understand where this is coming from; we have better things to do than read your non-sensical rambling.

Admit

You had this whole series made b4 you started submitting because no one can make that big of flashes in such a short time.

FUCKING BRILLIANT!!! period.
