Man, that was one of the most epic shooter games I have ever played!
There were a few minor bugs (i.e. guns not reloading), but overall, a truly awesome game!
There are a couple of suggestions that I have; firstly, how 'bout a reload button, so we don't have to finish the clip before reloading...
Next, and as starfoxfan15 pointed out, a couple of continues, or at least semi-regular health bonuses wouldn't go astray either.
Also, like xXDGXx said, the controls need more work, maybe 'a' and 'd' instead of just 'd' and the mouse button...
As I said earlier, a truly epic game, but overall, it needs slightly more work...
