OK. Lack of female voices aside, I have to say this is the best damn Disgaea parody series ever made.
It's funny because NIS actually signed on with Geneon to do an Anime series. So, this'll actually give us an idea of what it'll be like.

Flonne doesn't have a voice. A character as lovely as Flonne deserves time to branch out and hire someone worthy as a voice actor! Zees is an outrage! I'm still going to watch the rest of this though, but I've pretty much lost faith on this series from here.
