Dont give poor ratings because YOU don't understand it, it was funny, the video doesn't deserve these bad ratings.
Anyway, hilarious, although I think he should have killed the Owl, it would have been funnier.

For all you other people. he did as the turtle said and went to ask mr owl. Well mr owl just ate his tootsie pop and the kid is pissed so he takes his frustration out on the turtle since it told him to go to the owl.
