Good, but missing something
It's good, but it just misses something. First of all I gave you the score of 8 for the Style because I like the concept of the movie. Plus a 7 for humor because it's funny of course ^.^.
Some things I noticed however, are that
1) the voice acting is unclear. Not that it's soft or anything, just not too clear. Not much of a biggy though.
2) the intro is too long. And I'm sure it's not because of my computer, I let the quality down to low and it still was going slow.
3) not much happening. Well, I'm not gonna be too tough on this, just that because the camera stays on the same point for quite a while it happens. Don't worry too much about it though.
Make the intro last shorter and it will be better. Good luck!

Its not action driven, as you said, and i respect that. But, it was still a bit borring and could use some work. Especially when the mouths moved like 40times for a one sylabol word like "yea"
anyway, good idea.... but, work on your jokes.

My mouthes are a little Bonus Stage-ish movie clip lip synching, which lets me finish these things faster. Movie clip mouthes should be called Budget Mouthes.
I agree with you 100% on everything else though. I'm considering adding an action based sub-plot though.
