Like I said, this is my first encounter with actionscripting. I wanted to keep it simple and easy. Though I do agree with you, its nothing really new. Hopefully I'll be able to make something better next time.
Decent game.
A suggestion would be to animate the enemies as they move. I noticed the enemies were just stationary and it bugged me a bit. But the game is pretty decent, and you should definitely make more.

The game is simple, but not so simple that I wouldn't kill some more time on it. Your "eyeball" creature is pretty cool and "replay mode" was a killer touch.
