Not terribly entertaining.
THis was animated decently, but I think that in and of itself, it's just not fun, funny, or entertaining. It was just...dull. A guy gets ripped apart by chainsaws. Whoop-de-doo. YOu can use your talents, because I see you've got some, to make something with more to it than JUST this. This could work as a component of something, but by itself, it's just lacking.
now make a movie...
Ok, so you know how to do up the Flash now, so put what you know into some type of story or movie and you may have something. Your art and animation are pretty decent, put it to use!

It seems like you wasted a whole lot of artistic talent and style on making something so 1 dimensional and uninteresting. But, like I said, you've got the skills, so just spend some time making a quality movie, or even do the animation/art for a friend's storyline.
No Harmony about it
Try again with an actual cartoon with plot or a better gag. Its obvious that you can do this stuff so give it a try.
