Reviews for "Savanna"

Nice beat

This is very well produced and executed. I like the background beat you added, at around 1:55 it kinda took away the epic feel but you brought it back even better. 2:52 excellent tone and music choice, felt much more upbeat and overall a good song to put on in a disco or something. 4:11 another great piece of music, and at first I thought it didnt fit, but as it went on it was very good.

I would have to give it a 9 since the part at 1:55 did bring away from the tempo and kinda made the scene, of a guy still dancing where there was no music.

Thanks for reviewing!

Epic bass

Nice song. I agree techno is incredibly hard to make. Awsome song though. Really sweet beat. My only problem is that it does not vary much in the first third of the song.
But gets awsome at 2:19.All in all its really good. you should make more.

ZooSafari responds:

Ummm....well I actually tried my best to make it as diverse as possible....but who knows :P

Thanks for reviewing btw ^^

o.O Summary goes here. O.o

Very good, I liked the intro, just building up, sounded very professional, something like what I'd expect to hear on a Trance compilation album.
Only negative thing was ending dragged on a bit, but hey, that's the case in most Trance songs. :]
5* and download. :D

ZooSafari responds:

Right! Haha thanks for the nice comment bro ^^

now, that's Trance !

Really good song !

I was wondering, why it was named Savannah until the percussion arrived at 0:30. I listened to the song two or three times, without finding anything you could improve, it sounds some furnished ! With a long song, it's important there's variations, like the break at 1:55.

If the intro is really dynamic, and is a good way to start the song, I feel that the end is bit slow during the fifth minute. You didn't introduced any variation, so there is that strange when-does-it-ends feeling. I know trance is all about repetition, but still, there's limits. We heard that rythm/bassline pattern during the entire (it's a really good pattern, though !). It's not until around 5:50, that feel it's going to end soon. The introduction and the conclusion are quite similar, which is a very good thing.
Except that the ending is a little "dragging", the rest of the song is great. Good quality, bassline all the way, catchy rythm etc.

I must say, good job there !

ZooSafari responds:

Well, just to clear everything up, the only reason I (and all the other djs and producers in the world) made the end so long, is because when you're djing you need those few minutes to start playing the other song and mix both, like you have probably heard. If you know DJ Tiesto or Armin Van Buuren, you probably know what Im talking about.

So yehh the long end is just something most trance producers do to make mixing easier ; )

Thanks for the great review! ^^

very good!!!
