Tutorial wise it was ok
Got a lil boring. If you dont know what I mean by that I mean like I have seen many many tutorialz that have had some action and more music and thingz of that nature. Other than that it was an excellent tutorial though. 1 thumb up t('.')
Thank you for the review. I know my tutorial is a little boring to look at, I couldn't think of anything to put in there. It's main purpose is just to teach exactly how to make a shooter.

Finally, a decent tutorial! I've had problems finding good tutorials. I already knew how to do most of this, but it's nice to teach newbies.. maybe you could teach them another type of game as well? You can make bullets go away by making the bullet holes a movie clip, their animation just be the alpha decreasing to 0, then stopping on the last frame. Not perfect, but it'll work.
