Funny!
Haha i thought that the krillen voice with toad was very funny, busted out laughing when i saw it lol and the big fireball was pretty cool even though the graphics were all that great, good flash. make one with better graphics...

Yay...sort of.
Well, I like 16-bit stuff. And I was pretty impressed with the 16-bit version of Peach's Castle from Super Mario 64. But, the motion-tweening you used to move the characters mouthes was lame.
Sound syncing was pretty good.
However, I hate bad timing, and that's what slew this movie with a shovel.
To start, the fireball carried on FAR too long. And Bowsers death was kinda messy in terms of planning.
The ending afterlogue, when it says "Everyone lived happily ever after except toad he had aids", could have been very funny. But, you didn't execute it properly and it was just kinda lame. Shoulda been divided into a few afterlogue cards, ie:
*Fireball travels endlessly*
END
Card 1: And, so, everyone lived happily ever after.
<fade>
Card 2: Except toad.
<pause, fade>
Card 3: He had AIDS.
Just a few suggestions. I think you'll get better (maybe....)

I like Mario films and DBZ but heres where you go wrong.
DO not make a crappy scene like that make a before (when Cell aka Bowser goes into his perfect form) then this then the after (when Cell fools Vegeta aka Mario).

Ehhhh.....
I love DBZ and all, but this wasn't that great. I know you could have done a better job, and at least showed what happened to Bowser. It was a nice idea though, I'll give ya credit for that. But I think it coulda been better...
