Great Game
This game is superb ... I've played it before a couple years ago and finished it completely. I rediscovered it when someone asked me for help because they couldn't find the Scythe (and I had no recollection since it was two years since I beat it). I forgot how amazing this is, it's very well put together, enough variation within the levels to keep it fresh, dozens of levels to keep it going for hours, responsive controls, and the variety of weapons available to make it both fun and challenging.
However, now that I'm trying to play it again I cannot load a save game, which is especially aggravating when I've put hours into it and then I have to start over from scratch. I figured the best way to avoid the issue was just to never close the window until I finished the game. But then a couple hours in I had just acquired the Fire Rune ... and there was a glitch that wouldn't let me leave that town. When I hit "Q" to exit, and it was worse than I thought — the glitch deprived me of the Fire Rune and no matter how many times I went back to the town I could never get the rune back — gotta start over again. *sigh* My experience with Flash is limited, but I know that glitches are a b1tch to fix.
Otherwise thank you for this amazing game — here's hoping I can find that Scythe again!!!! ;)
