Bizare and fun
Inspiration from it seems like at least 5 games that could be played on Atari, it's classic arcade action. The sound got a little annoying with the repetitive track, but the gameplay mostly keeps your mind off of it. The sick humor of the violence is all so amazing. A 10!

Best...game...ever!
I could rave about this game, but it would be the same as all the other reviews, so...after reading through some of the reviews, and seeing that people don't get how to survive the spear/skull guys, I thought i'd post this in my review to help those people out, even if I doubt this will be seen...here's a list of what i've figured out;
Dumpling: Shoot it with 1-3 blood shots. // Cactus-guys: Kill them (2 hits)ASAP or if they start trying to nail you (hehe) jump -away- from the first shot, then towards them to avoid the second, trying to hit them all the while, and they will pause if you hit them by the way...take advantage of that, it's crucial! // Skull/Spear guys: These guys are HARD but they can be beaten! When they first appear you have to act fast, and they are an immediate priority. To stop them, you have to hit them as soon as you can with a blood shot and they'll stop and run away, OR you can use the blood geyser to kill them and get extra points =D // Spear throwing guys: They appear in the background as a small walking figure in the far middle, so watch for them. To know when they throw, watch for the brown 'throw' graphic and DODGE IMMEDIATElY from that place or die instantly. // I think that's all, I hope this helps.
