Pro Critic Time!
You can draw very well. You have a talent for still shots of the heroes and golden monsters and such. Your only lacking in animating the characters. The movement reminds me of paper dolls moving on tacked swivels. And the movement is really, painfully slow.
Don't get me wrong though, I liked your style. IT IS GOOD!
My crappy advice is this:
If you want to use less animation (cause it eats up less of your time) Go stare at some anime for awhile. you'll see how they get away with fewer frames of animation and fool you into thinking they are doing all kinds of stuff. Panning and slashy effects intermitened with flashes of your characters in pose mixed with your style would rock my world!
