Looks more like Space Invaders than Galaxia to me.
That really was like space invaders, you know.
If it was Galaxia then the enemy ships would do dive bomb runs.
It could use some things, here are some suggestions.
*Add some animation for the ships explosions.
*Animate the background or use different scenes at each level.
The starfield is kinda boring.
*Make some unique weapons. Guided missiles, big ass cannons, etc.
*Have the enemy do more than move left or right.
Nicely put together game...
I liked it. A Space Invaders game with autfire. It was a little easy but it gets harder throught the levels. Addicting. Nice work... 131,500 points. Make more...
Simple, easy, game
This game was pretty simple, sort of entertaining. Became a lot easier when I figured I could hold the space bar down for instant laser-like action.

This game reminds me of space invaders..and i love that game! I just wish in this flash that you can obtain a power up and use a different sort of weapon..and there should be obstacles to hide under while the enemies are shooting at you. Also it would be great if there was a small explosion when you destroy a ship..btw i think 'you' shoot too fast..but it makes it fast game-play.. :)
not necessarily awful
there was a glitch that prevented more than one shot occuring,on both sides respectfully. As a result its nearly impossible for the enemy to hit you from the back sue to the rate of fire they use. In other words, this shouldn't necessarily be something that's archived.
