Reviews for "Reporterclock's report"

A good clock movie! What a rare gem!

I absolutely hate text-so-speech programs, however, this was done extremely well. This had a good amount of humor, even the 555-5555 part cracked me up. What was the best was that this wasn't another crappy, lazy, poorly-made flash with a bunch of text-to-speech cursing crammed in it. It shows that you took time on this one, and it is appreciated. This is much better than the lazy Honey Roasted Peanut 2 flash. To tell you the truth even all of the different clock items looked interesting in the credits, good job dude. Just goes to show that you can use a speech program and still make a kick-ass flash.

ReporterClock responds:

Thanks! =D Glad you liked it!
And not all clock movies are bad.

even I hate the short, pointless, full of cursing ones.

good

an excellant clock movie and the gay scene however juvenile was pretty funny. sadly though the drawings of other clocks really sucked

Pretty good!

I liked it! I'm not sure what Douchebagclock meant when he was talking about Reporterclock's comment, but you know best.

This is one clock movie...

that I actually don't hate. It wasn't full of SBC's gratuitous profanity, and I kind of liked that Reporterclock said that "gay" is not a swear. Unfortunately, Douchebagclock was in the movie and used "gay" as an effective insult, and as a female human, I somewhat resent the fact that Douchebagclock even exists (as well as the fact the men say that our cunts are dirty and need to be washed out so they smell nice, because usually they're not!). But, I guess you can't win 'em all. At least Reporterclock is actually a cute clock, and the movie wasn't offensive at all while still being an entertaining one. Overall, I wish more clock movies were like this one.

ReporterClock responds:

Thanks! And I'm not a big fan of the concept behind douchebagclock either, but I needed some clock to say that line, and I odnt like using clocks that aren't active anymore

Better...

Hey, it's me again. I reviewed "Reporterclock's Toughts" before this reveiw. I don't know which one you did first, but I did like this one a whole lot better. Winning article being "B" , hilarious, especially after the lagitagmite article submitted about the opening of a new coffee shop. It was more interesting and I dig the Weird Al song in the credits (although I found it unrelated), however it was still a bit bland. It definately had it's moments, which is good because the submission was only a few moments long, but I don't know... Well comedy is hard, probably not as hard as learning flash and making an animation to post of newgrounds (If I had the know-how and the equipment I would). I guess I'm saying is keep working at it, you're bound to get better with time.

I have a suggestion though, The character Reporterclock is a dull uninteresting guy (which is fine, especially with the voice you picked out), my opinion of good comedy with boring characters is to have him do interesting things or interesting things happen to him. The reaction from such a character could be priceless.

ReporterClock responds:

thanks for your in-depth review.

reporterclock has theoccasional interesting thing happen to him. check out 'the clock tower" or the portal breakdwon flash if you havent already
