I love the game, but i dont have too much time on hand, so could you tell me if ther is any use of the ring... and any way to gain gold, other than the 3 gold per medicine thing? thanx

The main way to get money is to defeat the enemies.
Try looking for information in the library about the ring :)

I'm sure you've heard what everyone says is good so I'm just gonna say whats bad.
1.) You should seperate the potals into worlds. For instance, when you beat the human portal you should leave the building and go to a new building/place to fight the monster portal.
2.)The plot was sort of lacking too.
3.)Uhhh, and you should have more to buy by the end, I ended the game with well over 5000 gold, and i already had golden armor, ki band, gaurdian shield, and ion bo. Potions are kinda useless if ur a spellcaster too.
But other than that it deserves top 10.

Amazing
Simply amazing, easily the best RPG in Flash ever. The reasons I gave you a 5 in sound were :
The sound when you weren't in battle got very repetitive after a while.
The sound when you were in battle also got very repetitive after a while.
There was no sword slash or shield hit sound, which kind of sucked.
The timed energy loss was really annoying, even though money could be earned very easily. If you right click and goto play, the next monster in the monser level appears. Say your fighting Monster Portal Level 1- Right click and goto play it goes to the Human Portal Level 1 then if you do it again it goes to Human Level 2 then you can keep doing this until you get to the Monster Portal. When you right click and goto play in the Monster Portal it again cycles to the next level monster. Do this until you're after the final boss of the portal and you goto training ward level 3. Cycles to 2 then 1. Then it goes to a wasp, cycle again and a second wasp appears. You can fight the 2 wasp thingies, you get something like 85 experience and 40 gold. I don't think you lose any energy when you fight them but it's like free gold and experience then. Graphical - On some of the characters the motion guide didn't work because you could see their thighs and their knees displacing each other, like on some of the undead guys. Other than that, perfect. Oh and if you right click and press play when your walking around the characters from where you were when you did it will appear to be in a different room, ontop of other characters. ^_^ amazing game. Keep it up

Thanks for the comments! Now I'll answer some of your complaints. the animation was done from a long time ago, so I was quite inexperienced back then.
We tried sound effects, but it gets MORE repetitive than the music. Trust me.
The energy IS kinda dumb is this version of the game, but it will create an element of surival and ration in the later ones, where you will be exploring, far away from human civilization, and will have to feed yourself to stay alive.

This is a KiCkAsS game, as the other guy said, u got me playin this for hours! Bein able to save it aswell is a really good feature.
