Good
I don't really care for this band too much, but you made a nice flash out of their song. It was very much like a picture book one would say. I thought it was pretty good, and I would like to see another one soon. Very nice graphics to boot.
Really good
Not the best, but MOST certainly not the worst. I can see in the minor details that you put some real work and heart into this. I thank you for that. The only thing that can make this better is improving your flash skills. Which takes time, i know. But your definetly on ur way to becoming one of the big boys. Nice work.
P.S. More than one mouth would have been nice, although you animated the mouth nicely. I would've liked to have seen lips or somthing when he wasnt singing.
Room for improvement
The first 2 minutes was quite boring with poor animations (graphics werent too good either, but better than the animations)
You couldve made the mouth fit more with the song, but I know its hard.
The end (last minute) was better than the first part, the thing with the skeleton was a good idea, you should work on that and try to improve it.
So-So
I decided to watch this mainly because I love Story of the Year...
I think this animation lacked a few things... It focused too much on the one guy, which is alright if he's going through something but for most of the animation he was sitting there singing... Also, I guess its just me but the guy was too stiff.. there should be more facial reactions and movement. The imagery was a bit off as well. Also more doing stuff would have been good and made your animation more interesting.
Also, the play button needs to be fixed...
