I wasn't counting. It took me the most time to find pictures of France and of that guy. Then I had to change his eyebrows for different expressions.
Then it was just a case of getting my friend to record the voices and lip synching.
Lip synching doesn't take too long for me to do because I've had a lot of practice but all up it took me at least 5 hours.

I don't know much about foreign policies. Infact, I don't know much about any policies. All I know is that if you get a picture of a French guy and make him talk in his funny accent it will make lots of people laugh... Unless they take it seriously and give you bad reviews.
