and then I quit. I had been playing for quite a while. Nice work, but some music probably would help.

I was debating whether or not to have music to. For the people talking about making new levels and stuff: In the main menu, go to difficulty, then custom. You can get rid of the outer bounderies. I think it makes it harder, but if you want to...
If you play a custom game, you can't get a high score, because it would be easy to play a really easy level and destroy lots of robots.

I agree that music could have helped. Maybe the option to put more difficult robots in, such as ones with a ranged attack. This game rocks, keep up the good work.
