All I suggest you do is make a story behind the sniping and come up with some background music, and you've got yourself a good solid submission.

Too short
I would have enjoyed it more had it been longer, and maybe give a reason why this guy is trying to kill the other people. The animation seems decent enough.

Yea, we do like longer animations.
You seem to know what your doing in stick animations. It was great graphics, just try to make it longer. I don't think this is going to get blammed but just add a little extra effort.
