Decent, could have been better.
It was a great concept, generic characters from every Star Trek series ever, but it could have been funnier. I look forward to seeing whether there actually is a sequel and if some of the humour improves. One of my largest problems was having the Asian character named "Fat Chin". Though I am willing to overlook the mildly stereotypical "Asian Accent" Due to one voice actor, the name is VERY offensive and should be changed.
Well, the stereotped characters can be offensive, but it's just supposed to be ribbing on the Star Trek shows for blatantly playing up the ethnicities of their cast.
And I'd argue that "Ian MacHaggis" could be equally as offensive.

Graphics (8) - Nice job on the graphics, they we're pleasant to look at, even though they were in the same place the whole time.
Style (8) - Never seen anything like this before, so good job on originality. Your animation style lacked in real movement though.
Sound (7) - I originally had this as an eight but I had to go back and change it. A couple times the sound went all fuzzy and it hurt my ears to even listen to.
Violence (2) - Well...one guy got shot...
Ineractivity (1) - I could either click a play button, or a replay button.
Humor (9) - I'm not a star trek fan, haven't really ever watched any of the episodes, but I have a general idea of what they're like. Pretty funny man.

Overall (5.83) - Not bad. This lacks in violence and interactivity. That's why it looks so low, but It's really not for an average. Good job, keep up the good work!

I admit that I didn't understand a lot of the jokes. I think it's mostly because I'm not familiar with these characters. I've seen a fair number of "Star Trek" material. These seem to be original characters. With that being said, I still enjoyed it. This was one of the first "Star Trek" parodies I watched here.
I was unaware of "Stone Trek" until later. The animation was quite good. I liked how you credited all the voice actors. It was just well put together. Not great, but decent in my eyes.
