Great concept! I love the textural elements on the blade. The stone/concrete background definitely fits. The reason I left out half a star is because I feel as if the cloth on the handle is missing something. Grunge perhaps? I'm not sure. Overall great job!

I personally love this axe, but I would only use it if the blade wasn't so close to the handle. Be great as a pole axe as is. ...Of course change the proportions to a pole axes'.
Really nice attention to detail, I'm really surprised at how real you made it look, very impressive. The ONE thing holding this back is the cloth on the handle, that's it. If the shading was more refined I'd probably think this was a photograph.
