the 6 is for unoriginality
By style, your art is definitely worthy of good note, but this whole Gun-slinging killer thing is highly overdone, especially on newgrounds. If you really want to make this seem worthwhile, I can reccommend this:
1. give him some more compelling story... i.e. he's a hitman on a mission, or they killed his family, blah blah blah
or 2. Up the body count and make the killings grisly to the point of sadism. Newgrounds loves Sadism.

Kill Bill Music Is Not Deserving of This Movie
How dare you put Kill Bill music in your crappy movie. Wow what a creative idea showing a guy shooting people over and over again. Plot twists perhaps? Nope this movie was just stupid. I sware I have not seen a good movie on Newgrounds front page in such a long time. I would expect something like this to be blammed. I know I could make a better movie then this, I mean you just kept showing the same shot of him shooting people with different clothes. The drawings sucked too.
