If no one lives to tell the tale, how does the tale get told? Unless she tells the people she doesn't mate with... or her friends who then tell people. Chest is pretty out of proportion to the rest, not that anyones gonna complain. Needs a longer tail, with a more gradual thinning as well imo. And also, how the hell do you mate with her? I'm seeing sinificantly more snake then person here.
Details are good, armour, necklace, face. But the outline on her lower right arm (her right), the ring on her tail and the... underwear? looks rougher then the rest, not as smooth and stands out too much. Little stuff, but overall very good.
