Not bad.
You could have done a bit better with the artwork. You did a good job considering you gave a point to the story without the charecters using any words..It's like Tom and Jerry!
OMFG Somone make a Tom and Jerry flash...NOW! I'll watch it, and give it a 10 cause it'd pwn, but it's gotta be good.
Anyways, good job, remember: Paint is not the only resource for art, think of using something else, or at least make it a look a bit better. It was pretty funny though.
