pretty good... here's the REAL story
well that was pretty good... 8 thumbs up. However, I've read the halo books... pretty lame so... here's the real story: The MC, whose real name is John, was kidnapped from parents unnamed at age six by a top-secret Reach military program. From then on he was trained along with 74 others to the best of their biomodded, steroided ability. During a certain practice mission which I don't remember, he was promoted at about age ten to Petty Officer. During the defense of Reach all but one SPARTAN was killed... guess who? A Jackal's energy shield was discovered as well.... leading to the development of the MarkV and the MarkVI armor.... you know the REST of the story... but there was something left out. There are two important characters left out in the Halo 1 story line. Lieutenant McKay (f) and Major Silva (m). During the missions you are deployed from Alpha Base, where scrounged Covenant weapons and POWs are employed to good use and Pelicans deploy forces with extra fuel from the Pillar o/ Autumn. But they lead an assault on the Truth and Reconciliation, steal the ship, and take off into space, destination Earth WITH SOME FLOOD... Read the rest of my review.
