The only things we can use to see inside a murderers head ar on Newgrounds... kind of odd. The thing is, no amount of bullying should affect people this hard. What we need, is a way to know what problems these people have... He wasn't a moron, or evil, he had phsycological problems, and yelling at him is like calling a retard an idiot.
Oh come now.
This flash isn't great and the plot had some, once again, potential.

As for the actual artist he was obviously unstable from the looks of this and his other flash "Target Practice." It seems to me he needed a bit of help and was hiding it from his grandparents who could only sit back and watch their grandson do this.

I don't understand why some people say that the ones jeff killed deserved it...NOBODY deserved to die just because he was a stupid fucking maniac with psychological problems,and if he was being bullied it is his fault for not being able to handle the bullies,and anyway that is no reason to kill them,even though they were bullies...for God's sake there was something wrong with him you can't just shoot people beacuse the pick on you or stuff,if that was his case...
