I remember playing this game. It was originally titled Teletubby Funland but because of an attempted lawsuit from BBC (I think) it was later renamed Telebubby Funland. Interesting note that the link to the game from back when it was mentioned on Wikipedia still said Newgrounds Presents Teletubby Funland.
