Nothing particularly great. But not really bad in anyway. Just kind of banal. really wouldn't work terribly well as a series. But the turtles were cute.

this wasnt groud breaking and it wasnt shit it was nice animation.
it had good graphics and a simple plot.
overall a good cartoon
