Just as I said in my title, it reminds me of the music you'd expect to find in Sonic 3. Then again, you did say it could be a real 16-bit VG soundtrack, so I suppose it's supposed to be like that. But you pulled it off with aplomb. Top votes here! Also, to lightheroe8, it seems this song is intended to be looped by anyone who uses it in their work, hence the sudden ending. :)
