This is definetly a victory song! I would really like to use this in a game!
it has the upbeat feel of the Rockman.exe 1 victory song, and it was arguably one of my fave RM.exe songs!

even in age it still shows that it has preserved throughout the fight for the top. Only the songs with the strongest will to survive keep up in my heart and this by far will always be in the top.
