cool but i think that you should make the first one (the best one) a bit more "insect" with a bigger chest, becouse it's disproportionate. You should put the "arms" not on the neck but on the body and maybe change the tail, it's too similiar to the legs (maybe the grub can come out of there, it should be more impressive).

The bottom one's neck, arms and head remind me of the Alien Queen from Aliens. Besides that, the top one looks like a reptillian insect somehow...
