You've got the artistic talent down, but as for scripting, you need work. Badly.
The movie would have been creepy if it had been about 3 minutes shorter; the rabbit rambled. As for psycho voice acting, yeah, WAY too cliche. In order for a monster to be memorable, the tone has to be original, and the action has to be more than an explanation. I commend your artwork, but pull back on the repetitive nature of the conversation.
