This is a cover of the first Dr. Wily theme for Mega Man 2, done with voices. This made it a perfect choice for 'Mega Awesome', a parody of Egoraptor's parodies.
I believe this track was specifically made for that movie and it fits very well.

Seriously, it sounds like it'd be used in a crudely drawn Megaman parody like the one on the left. This is soooo awesome!
