I consider this work to be essentialy stolen.
You may have put the movie together, but nearly every element you used was stolen. Sprites, backgrounds, etc. the only think you did was type text boxes, do some simple tweens, and threw in some stolen sound. This, in musical terms, would be stealing other peoples work, throwing it on a CD and calling it a tribute to (insert genre here) - there's no skill required. The entertainment value was low as well; if you're going to use stolen sprites, at least give it some sort of entertainment value.
