I played around with this same idea long ago and it just seemed like a cliche so I decided to drop it. But you're visualization is quite decent. But remember, nobody wants to see an unfinished movie.

Heres a few suggestions.
When hes loading his clip, make it look like the bullets are dissapering as he is loading them.
Also when he is putting on silencer make it look like his hand is moving maybe? and that the bullets are not over his wrist?

some bullets do disapear, i am aware of the bullets over the hand, and its a stick he dotn have fingers so it does it magicly... sorta lick stich chi :P
