Needed sounds
It could have used sounds... in fact I'd say it needed sound badly. It's a bit short, and having to click buttons continuously is a bit annoying, but it's alright and somewhat comical. OK for an entry from 2001.

I was having trouble with sounds and well, this was my first movie and hell I was having trouble getting Megaman Soudns in the first place! I wish I had sound for it at the time, but, ce la vie!
