Reviews for "Mile High Club"

Hard as hell...

Hard as hell, but I finally beat it after several tries.

Graphics/Animation: Above average, everything looked smooth. - 7

Sounds: So-so, not a big collection. Two types of music and about 3 sound clips. But they did sound " fit ", and clear. - 5

Interactivity: You control the game, and most of the time your fate. Too hard on my choice. Took about fifteen times finish the game. - 5

Style: It's a golf game, it has class. The music did set the mood. - 5

Violence: It gets somewhat of a score, should of heard the " Violence " coming out of my mouth. - 1

Humor: I am laughing about it now how I broke my hand slamming it into my desk. * wink * - 2

Overall: Overall, too hard in my opinion. And in everyone elses. But it was a challenging game. But playing the same levels over and over again trying to reach the level you died on... boring.

needs work

i liked the concept but make some changes to how you operate the ball. The rotating aimer was good, but put a meter that shows you how are your going to hit it, or a meter that getes reder the longer you hold it, so you can get an idea of how long to hold it.

good graphics though.

Horrible

A golf game needs a certain amount of skill; this only had luck. You click the mouse and hope the ball doesn't fall off. Add some sort of physics algorithm that gives you control over how hard you hit the ball, and let that determine how far the ball goes.

Plain and simple, I just spent five minutes and didn't get past the first level.

Neat

I like how it combines Mario-style art with a simple game style. Aiming the golfball is kind of counterintuitive, since it points away from the mouse rather than towards it. I noticed an interesting bug, if you hit the ball and it hits some land above, it "sticks" upside down. Hopefully this could be fixed.

Ok....

The main problems I saw was no clear instructions, you couldn't clearly see how hard your hitting, and the ball limit has no point. Another thing, the scoring is backwards. Scores like -4 and is better than 3 in real life golf.
