Lacking
This probably would have been good 10 years ago when nobody knew what flash animation's true power was *cough FALLEN ANGEL cough*. 1 minute flashes of things just getting shot at aren't cutting it nowadays.

Did you do all of the music.. as in not synthosized but with ur mouth?
Things you might want to think about
For starters instead of trying to hum music into the microphone try to find a tune online, get the artists permision and then give the artist credit in the credits, or better yet mix it yourself. Otherwise I'd suggest taking that tune in the end completely out instead.
Another thing is that flash file didn't really seem to cause much havoc at all, might want to add scenes that show "evil deeds," maybe show a little intro to why the flash file chooses to do these deeds
Try also to add some more humor since this is after all suppose to be a funny flash. Give the leaf flash file a personality and have it make jokes. Also have the assassin of the flash file have to track him down a little more or something. I hope you choose to improve this because its a pretty decent idea, just needs to be built on.

you should have made a fight scene instead of just being shot in the back.
