Reviews for "I miss you Daddy"

(I hate titles)

I don't usually like the 9/11 things, but this one really brought a tear to my eye. Actually, a lot of tears, but still.

If this doesn't get the top for the day, I'd like to see what does.

i almost cried

*snff**sniff* damn terrorists! but i think they also think it there in the middle east when 1(daddy) dies

why just cant we get all along and be agreed with each other? it doesnt looks hard to do but it is cuz some people just dont want it!

Touching...

...but generic. Maybe I'm just so accustomed to 9/11 inspired pieces of art, or maybe there's just too much out there working for a different means other than tribute (cough GW Bush gonna pull some political stunt soon, cough). Whatever the case, this is still solid flash work, and I hope your girlfriend appreciates this. When I say "generic" I mean, you know, not only was it predictably heart-felt, but almost like it was thinly spread over a long dreary monologue. More depth could be like, "where did this monologue come from? Who wrote this? was it actually a little girl? is this a metaphorical representation that she, or you, or all of us are/should be feeling?"

The girl in the movie says "it's been a year now"... so was this made in 2002? Submitted in 2004? Anyways, good work, keep up the nice fluid style. And try to stay away from overplayed cliches (unless you want to make your gf feel better, then by all means.)

I am speechless.

I never thought that a flash on newgrounds would be so deep, but, I was proven wrong today.

...

... This is the first movie, to actually make me cry... Wow... That was the most touching, beautiful piece of art i've ever seen... The music really set the tone and the drawings were good... Man... Gotte wipe my tears... I live in holland, so I had nothing with the 9/11 attacks, but this... .. .. *sniff* ... this movie actually made me feel sorry for that girl... I can image how horrible this day (9/11/04) must be for the people who lost a dear one on 9/11/01... Dude... I love your work... This is going straight into my favorites!
