And Here Were My Thoughts

A single light goes on in an endless laboratory hallway enshrouded otherwise by darkness. One glass tube supporting an indiscernible but regardlessly hideous shape glows a tint of green.

It flickers for a few seconds, and a few seconds after, every single light in the hallway shoots on. The walls are lined with these prisons for all manner of monsters. It's clear now that at some point they were all human, but whatever they are now... is a cardinal sin that laughs in the face of all morals.

D: I feel so dorky reading that back over. It feels good though.
Oh yeah, 10/10 and all that stuff, the usual, la dee dah.

A Mad Man's Memoir

Beneath said light shines a man in a corner. A grim look upon his face soon turns into a grin that would make the one staring into his eyes uneasy. He comes toward you and snickering at the same time. An insane laugh echoes the room. The full light comes into motion with mannequins all around. So life like they look, but that is what the scary part is. The insane man speaks... "you shall be my new statue."

An evil taxidermist...
His room filled with trophies...
Nobody could ever guess...
Unless they took a closer look...
But they will never get the chance...
For whoever questions...
Will become stuffing...
And if beauty enters my surroundings...
They to will become my prize...
Frozen in whatever position I desire...
It will be beautiful...
To God I say...

Sorry for this little story, I love every bit of it. Although you describe a ballroom of the undead I see a crazy taxidermist. Another marvelous song. I can't wait to see what other darkness may come from you Lady... as well as the Maestro.

"very well done"

very nice song. i like the choice of instruments you have. the strings went really well with the whole ghoulish waltz thing. only thing is that at times, the violin or viola or whatever(i always mix up the two) seems to go to high at times, violin right? and for some reason the singing part didnt seem to go to well with the ghoulish thing either. i like the cello though, keeping the waltz feeling going throughout the song. the cello is awesome...i also like the music box sounding instrument, somehow it really added an eerie feeling. very beautiful song. the cello around 32-50 sec. sounded especially nice. my favorite part of this song has to be definitely the violin-viola-whatever and the cello. 10/10 5/5

I love a good waltz.

Way to bring back the Waltz! I would dance with Satan to this, or anybody for that matter. Certainly built up and then you m'dear come in and mwa, byuddaful.
