The straight ahead viewpoint you're doing I'm sure is really easy to draw but it makes the character look so flat. Also when he's walking, put some sort of forward stretching motion into the feet instead of just bouncing him back and forth. Finally, give him some sort of interesting details on his body, right now it's just a solid lump of color. Wrinkles, scales, scars, hair, pimples, tattoos, clothes, jewelery, whatever you can come up with, but he needs some interesting details.

Yes, i agree with everything ur saying and i will do my best to improve it, i think i will use all of what you have sed, the reason this was of a low quality was i came up with the charcter last night and made this in a few hours , the yawn taking the longest, thnx for a very helpful review
What was the point of submitting this?
That was dull! And the music was painful! What did you hope to contribute? That was utterly useless. I understand you're just starting out as a flash animator, and the work itself was rather good, but you're not supposed to post demos because they're no good. Seriously.

Well, it's not particularily funny, awe-inspiring, frightening, or cool looking, so I suppose I'm just confused as to why you posted it as opposed to just keeping it for your own uses. Voting one because I'm bored with it.

Don't submit a "character test". Honestly, it's stupid. Why would anyone not blam this. All you do is pick one of four options, and the character does a half-assed motion. BLAM!
