Not bad, if you put a more work into it, it could be a good flash.

im afraid i dont fully agree.... you could have had one guy (x) want to rule the world and then a rebellion happens and then some guys (o) ar ethe rebellion and take control, and then split the world up (x, o, ^, i, etc) and then the (0) guys that originaly rebelled started taking over the world, and then they do... and so on...

decent....but the music ruined it
Graphics - Decent, sort of stick characters
Style - alright... the black background with the white characters was effective
Sound - the music sucked, if u had some better music i would have rated this much higher
Violence - well, bit of blood and the tanks and that
Humor - Well wasnt supposed to be a funny film
Just change the music, other than that a good film

I can see how someone could like this. though this is not my taste. The song got on my nerves and I didn't like the graphics. Im not saying ur a bad animator. I'm just simply saying that I didnt like the flash :)
