Reviews for "GTA: River City "Credits""

Nice Work

That looks really cool dude. I love to see the old style sprites. I am not the biggest fan of the sonic and mega-man stuff just because every person who gets flash does that stupid crap and it really bugs me so props already on the style.

Graphics: Like I said great choice of style. I wish you would have submited the whole thing because the opening credits looked awesome. I liked how the outlines were the characters that was interesting.

Sound: Nice job on the sound the music was great for the flash very GTA.

OVerall: NW I witnessed the save 8

Kewl...

-Graphics (8/10)- Good use of masking to do the credits like in GTA III.
-Style (8/10)- I liked this, it was pretty original (for a spoof). I can't wait to see the finished product.
-Violence (Nada)- I didn't see anything of the sort, including the hidden profanity you mentioned. Where was it?
-Interactivity (Nada)- It's a fuggen MOVIE!
-Humor (5/10)- I got a chuckle out of the game cart and the 20th Century Sprite screen.

NOTES: This is cool. But, in the finished movie, ass a skip button in the corner or something so if people want to skip right to the movie, like they do with the games. You don't sit through the credits/demos every time you start the game, right? RIGHT?

"This flash is crunk, fo' shizzle!" -Pico

Wolf99x responds:

Okay, the hidden profanity was the second to last masking screen. The transparent Mask of Alex is flipping the bird. As to the scene skip/scene select idea, I'll look into it and see what I can do. Thanks for the review (that last part goes out to everyone here)

I liked it

I thought it was pretty good, but whats the name of that song? Ive been looking for it for a while... I cant wait to see the finished product!

Just a preview? Noooooooooo!

Watching through that intro I honestly found myself thinking this was a genius concept and a brilliant idea for a sprite flash movie, possibly the best I've seen yet. Then my antisipation was shattered by the fact that this is just a preview of an intro sequence for it all! That said it was very well directed and captured classic elements from both games. I loved the way you combined the old pixelated text with the now infamous GTA font and I'm looking to forward to seeing what the final movies will be like.

Looks awesome!

Goddamn, I hope you don't mess this movie up, cuz it looks so awesome: Sprite+GTA= KICKASS. Work hard, I am waiting...
