Could be so much better...
This has potential, but you'd have to start over on the coding. Instead of having object-based buttons, use variables, because I don't want to have to start over if I switch from the warthog to the tank and back.
Also, the turrets aren't very well drawn and don't match the Halo universe. The decals would be good if they actually looked like they were painted onto the vehicle. And the 'marine' looks nothing like a Halo character.

Look at the title "Pimp Up Halo (beta)" if this was the real thing i'd give it a 0 and complain how it sux like the rest but for a beta its not bad try and put more options and it should be pretty kool
