If at first you dont succeed...
It seems to me that this is your first flash project or at least the first you've subitted here. Not horrible, but far from good. You need work in a few areas. ONE Drawing: You need to develope a better feel for drawing within flash. TWO Flash Skill: You need to work with the Flash program some more, there were a few errors with your movie (Like the bartenders arm staying at the bar when he leaves). THREE Sound: You have sound, but at time it was hard to hear and/or understand. FOUR Stop being English: No one likes people from the U.K., try hiding your voice behind a Turkish accent. People love the Truks. So with that, I give you some sound advice. Try working on area four the most and the others will come with time. Keep working, keep making, and keep trying.
