Reviews for "Napalm and Children Remix"

.............................

try not to make songs sound repetative.
(like the end part)
other than that, its nothing special
so sorry!!

daperson1 responds:

THE CAKE IS A LIE.

Oh boy...

Okay I'm not sure on where to begin, but here I go. I found this song by listening to the top 5 as most of the reviewers have and I have to say it was very unpleasant. The only lyrics I could make out were the "Doo Daas" and the music was of the same fashion. After listening I came to this page and read your comments. One line stuck out to me "Although this one has been... edited." That's when I thought to myself "Dear God... There was another one!" After recovering from the I got seizure upon reading that line I thought "But surely God, being the merciful guy that he is, would never allow something like that to happen. Right?" I then became over-whelmed by the urge to punch myself in the face and rip off my ears. I have a feeling that this song was featured because it was doing horribly and for some God-forsaken reason A-bot or whoever picks these decided to pity you tremendously. Now please if you ever get the inkling to make a song like this ever again do us all a favor and DON'T!

daperson1 responds:

That is quite simply the best review i have ever seen.I've not laughed so hard in ages :P. Thank you.

Anyway, i see it had it's desired effect. the other versions (Note the plural), can be seen as my other audio submissions.

top of the week??????

if this gets in the top of the week then i am sure i will too even while im just a beginner at making music
it more deserves a "i hope you die in a fire" but there is a little effort in it... wich brings it to 2/10 1/5
i dont care if its meant to be a "joke"
because as a joke it sux
and as a song even more
i agree at al previous low rated reviews

daperson1 responds:

Hurrah for totally missing the point.

I'm going to be BRUTALLY honest.

I have absolutely no clue as to how this got SOTW. I'm sorry, this is just bad. It doesn't even SOUND like any real effort was put behind it, humorous or not. How this song even resembles humor escapes my imagination.

-Opening instruments sounded incredibly generic.
-I would've let the vocals go if they were actually funny.
-I understand that house songs are supposed to have a little bit of an "airy" or "open" feel to them, but there was absolutely no depth whatsoever.

I'm not a douchebag; believe me, I'm saying what I feel as civilly (albeit realistically) as possible. So, in closing, please put more effort behind your songs.

daperson1 responds:

As I have stated numerous times, there was little effort put into this music. It was created as a joke, submitted to enable easier distribution among a small group of friends, and, thanks to the efforts of hundreds of members here, attained the honour of being one of the songs of the week. I did not choose for this to happen - it simply happened. You guys did it, not me :).
There was no consideration to genre conformity given to this piece. It has no genre, so none can be allocated to it. As a result, the allocation of this genre was somewhat random, but seemed to fit best.
Perceived level of 'funnyness' is subjective. It would appear you are outvoted by the majority of your peers in your opinion of the vocals (All about 12 seconds of them, you will note. In this several minute song. Hmm.)

nice moit

nice song

daperson1 responds:

So.... why the 0?
