Never Played Mirror's Edge.. but...
I like it.
I just dont think that its very, relisten-able. (if thats a word :P)
Maybe thats just because i like more moving music, but i dont know.

Good but could have been great.
I really enjoy the beginning, a little bit less when the guitar start though.
Also, it's a little too long. I get tired of listening to it before it ends. Every time I listen to a song of this genre, I try to imagine scenes in my head. I go non-stop until I loose the buzz of it. In this case, i lost it around the middle part.
This is good, but why settle for good when great is available?
I see myself a lot in your music, when I listen to it. I don't listen to what it is, but for what it can be. I'm very strict with your work because I hear things that I don't hear anywhere else and I like that.

I knew when I went with the celldweller approach not a lot of people would like it, it's sort of an acquired taste really... i can listen to the song for a long time really, but I can understand your issues with it quite clearly :)
it's just that the opinion of 'good and great' varies between people, I thought it was pretty great myself when i was done with it, and apparently a lot of other people seem to agree with those sentiments, there's just no way someone can create the perfect track.
if i did things your way, there's no doubt other people would say the same things you are saying now but only in a different context, you understand what I mean? :)
anyway, thanks for the review and yes, do try mirror's edge! :)
