Not a bad skate film.
This was pretty cool. The tricks were well animated, even if a little bullshitty (hey, you said it yourself.) The kids seem like interesting characters, so it'd be cool to see more of them.
My pet peeve, aside from crappy stick figure movies, are people who don't credit music properly. While I'm pretty sure that that song was in THPS, the band's name is Ash, and the song, but be warned that I can't find the album notes to back this up, is "Goldfinger." They also lent a song from this album (called 1977, even though it was released in '96.) to Jackie Chan's "Rumble In the Bronx."
See what happens when I get peeved? I go on long tirades that have nothing to do with your movie. Which, by the way, I liked, despite the inexplicable flying bikini top. Did he steal it, or is she throwing it to him? Oh well, no matter. Time to visit my good buddy Mr. Bong.
